Warranty and Repair

StatSpin warrants its products for one year from the date of installation;
extended warranties are available upon request. Call StatSpin at any time if your centrifuge is not working properly during your warranty period. Any attempt to repair the instrument yourself will void the warranty. StatSpin provides loaners in the event you cannot be without your centrifuge for 1 week. StatSpin will repair instruments within 48 hours of receipt at StatSpin (shipping to and from the facility requires a few days).

Replacement Parts

StatSpin offers a wide range of replacement parts for all instruments we manufacture. These parts are assembled and sold as components (sub-assemblies) for easy installation. Service Manuals can be purchased separately as well. StatSpin also has trained, knowledgeable repair technicians on-staff to assist persons attempting to repair your own instruments.
